Shipping policy

We do not use plastic in the packaging of your order. We also ship climate neutrally with DHL GoGreen. All shipments are sent by Deutsche Post as merchandise mail or by DHL as an insured parcel with shipment tracking. Information on the shipping status is sent automatically by email once the order has been packed.

If you do not receive an email from us with the shipment information within 2-3 working days, this is probably due to missing shipping details such as a missing house number. In rare cases, shipping is delayed due to internal process disruptions. In both cases, please contact us by email for more information.

+60€ order value: free of charge

Austria:

< 1kg parcel: 7,99€

> 1kg parcel: 13,99€

+150€ order value: free of charge

Switzerland:

< 1kg parcel: 9,99€

> 1kg parcel: 19,99€

> 4kg parcel: 24,99€

Rest of Europe:

< 1kg parcel: 7,99€

> 1kg upwards: 13,99€

Delivery time:

The delivery time specified by the shipping service provider for shipments in Germany is 1-3 working days.

For international shipments it can take up to 7 working days or a bit longer.

For shipments to non-EU countries, there may also be import duties, which we cannot influence and the processing remains on the customer's side.

If a deadline is exceeded, please contact our e-mail support info@lastdecades.de. We will then ensure that we provide you with information as quickly as possible.

Returns:

If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, you can return it via DHL within 14 days of receipt. All direct return costs are borne by the buyer.

Please enclose a note with the order number and your full name with your return.
